Repair
In-home repair service for your solid state pinball machine (1980 – current). Bally, Williams and Stern machines are my favorite to work on. Pricing is by the hour plus a travel charge.

Restoration
I work on your machine in my shop. Restoration projects typically include two or more of the following::
- Cleaning and waxing the playfield
- Changing lightbulbs to LED
- New lighting scheme
- Repair or replacement of broken parts
- New rubber and slingshots
- Repair playability issues
Commercial Work
For pinball game distributors and operators, I offer:
- Repairs and maintenance for machines on route (for operators)
- Local pin transportation/relocation
- In-home warranty repairs for your customers

Phone Consultation
Call Jackpot Joe to discuss your project, pinball machine and needs. I will work with you to create a plan to help you achieve your goal.

Schedule Onsite Visit
Depending on the type of project, I will come to your location and work on your pinball machine or will pick up and transport your machine to my workshop.

Perform Work
I will do the work we agree to and keep you informed of progress and developments along the way. The project is quoted before work begins and payment is due upon completion of the project.

What kind of machines do you work on?
I work on solid state pinball machine (1980 – current). Bally, Williams and Stern machines are my favorite to work on.
What if I don’t know what my machine needs?
No worries. Diagnosing issues is my specialty. I’ll test your game, find what is broken and make suggestions for repairs. If you agree, I’ll source the parts and then repair your machine.
How do you charge?
I charge $150 per hour plus a travel charge of $75 to $150 depending on your location.
Do you convert machines from incandescent to LED?
YES! I love doing that type of work. If you prefer, I will also change the lighting scheme and rubbers throughout the game to update the look and brightness.
How does billing work?
I send you an invoice. Once work is complete, I receive payment by Check, Zelle or Venmo.
Do you work on motherboards and chips?
Yes. I can diagnose and repair board components as well as install OCD boards to compliment your LED upgrade.
